An Autumn Affair: Get your tickets today!

Hello family, friends, and dear supporters. Are you ready for the 2nd annual Autumn Affair? Get your tickets NOW before they sell out! You can purchase your tickets HERE.

Yes, things might look a little different this year because we're going virtual, but trust me, you don't want to miss out on our signature gala. Join us for an evening of entertainment, inspirational program, online auction, games, and more! As a Crohn's warrior, finding a cure is critical and near and dear to my heart. COVID-19 has put a strain on the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, and we need your help more then ever. Please take time to read the following letter from Executive Director, Leslie Del Ponte, (with the Wisconsin Chapter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation) and discover ways in which you can support us.

Dear Foundation Supporter,

On behalf of the Wisconsin Chapter and the Autumn Affair Committee, we invite you help us to raise critical funding and awareness for 3.1 million Americans living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. One in every 100 Americans lives with one of these debilitating, incurable diseases attacking their digestive system. We hope that you will take this opportunity to invest in our mission to find cures and support patients by joining us for An Autumn Affair. If you’re a company or small business, we offer sponsorship opportunities providing the chance to share your brand with members of our community across the State of Wisconsin.

Our state is home to $5 million in Foundation-funded research projects. Wisconsin’s scientists and medical community are taking great strides toward improving the lives of 50,000 of our Wisconsin neighbors, friends and colleagues living with these diseases. Whether you join us as an individual donating to this critical effort or make a sponsorship investment, your contribution will provide support, education and hope to the patients our Chapter works to serve.

As you can imagine, COVID 19 is taking a tremendous toll on the Foundations fundraising efforts- which directly fuel our research and patient support programs. As a public Foundation, we rely solely upon the generosity of our individual donors and corporate partners. Enclosed is a proposal that outlines levels of support and benefits that you and your company can receive as sponsors of our event.

On behalf of the patients we serve and the researchers we support, thank you for your consideration.

Should you have any questions regarding this proposal, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at (414) 475-5520 or ldelponte@crohnscolitisfoundation.org

Warm Regards,

Leslie Del Ponte EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
